Applying the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model has delivered great results for the clients with whom Mark has worked, helping him to cement long-term partnerships with them.
“I am committed to applying the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model due to the results I have seen, and there’s nothing more rewarding as a LD&P provider than having others tell you how their behaviours have changed for themselves and the organisation!"
Along with his business partner, David Dewhurst, Mark has worked to implement the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model at the Stockton Mine, New Zealand’s largest mine, and presented a case study on this implementation, entitled ‘Winning the Heads, Hearts and Minds of Leaders,’ at the Australian Institute of Training and Development International Conference in Melbourne, in April 2013.
