Chain of Evidence Minimize
How to show the value of training is one of the most common questions the Kirkpatricks receive, and for good reason. If training professionals cannot show the value of their efforts, they are not very "professional" in the eyes of their stakeholders, and they put their existence at risk. 

Creating a chain of evidence can help you to link the results achieved at each level in order to establish the big picture outcome. A chain of evidence shows the organizational value of the entire business partnership effort through quantitative and qualitative data that sequentially connect the four levels and show the ultimate contribution of learning and reinforcement to the business.
