Evaluating Training Programs: The Four Levels                                             
Don Kirkpatrick, PhD

This program describes the major elements of the Kirkpatrick Four LevelsTM Evaluation Model that Dr. Don Kirkpatrick developed over 50 years ago. It begins with a summary of the ten requirements of an effective program. It then explains the four levels through use of a pre- and post-quiz, evaluation forms, case studies, and colorful illustrations from Kirkpatrick’s own work. Based on the book by the same name, this is a great introductory course and a valuable refresher, all delivered by the legend that originally developed the concepts.

Managing Change

This timely course addresses the universal reactions to change and what to do about them. The main reasons why employees resent and resist change are uncovered. Three keys for obtaining acceptance and support are shared and discussed. Don delivers this session through his renowned PIE approach – practical, interactive, and enjoyable. Participants will come away with practical tips on how to proactively manage change, not be at its mercy. Based on his book by the same name, this is a valuable program for all HRD professionals in this changing economic climate.

Unlocking the Power Inside of You: The Kirkpatrick Goal Achievement Model

Unlock the power inside of you by using the Kirkpatrick Four Levels to create a personalized goal achievement plan! During this session you will create a four level action and measurement plan. You will also identify your own strengths and potential challenges at each level. This approach is unique in that you will fully define what success will look like for you, determine what conditions are necessary to drive success, and monitor progress on four levels. You will begin your action plan in a take-home workbook during the session which you can complete and use throughout your goal timeline.
