Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification Program - Silver Level - Online
Program Description

Kirkpatrick silver level certification provides the structure and support you need to successfully execute a complete program evaluation plan. Its blend of cutting-edge skills and ongoing support begins with three live, online sessions during which participants share a formal progress report and obtain expert and peer feedback in a conversational environment. The program is limited to 30 or fewer participants to ensure that you receive personalized attention and feedback on your program progress.

During this program and through ongoing support, you will learn the key questions to ask during data collection and analysis, as well as how to use that information to ensure maximum on-the-job application and subsequent results. You also will learn how to identify and leverage success factors for future initiatives. Common challenges and their solutions will be discussed in large and small group discussions.

The program concludes with the creation of individual action plans for program execution and final reports. Silver level certification is obtained after the participant makes a final presentation of the program’s outcome and results to Kirkpatrick Partners via a conference call scheduled within 12 months of silver level program attendance.

Program Level: Advanced


You may take bronze and silver programs consecutively if you have a good training evaluation background. You will also need to accept that some of the activities in the silver level program are focused on a bronze plan that you will just have started to create.


This program consists of four elements:

1) A pre-work assignment to be completed on your own time at least three weeks prior to the start of the first online session (the assignment will be emailed to you about 6 weeks prior to the program)

2) Three live online sessions

3) Program status calls that you will schedule as needed

4) Presentation of final plan

Live participation in at least one of the three sessions is required to be eligible to advance towards certification.

Cancellation Policy

If you register for this program and for any reason are unable to attend, please notify us immediately.

11+ business days prior to program: Payment refund less $150 processing fee, or reschedule to attend a future program for a $150 processing fee, or substitute another attendee for the same program at no additional charge. 

6-10 business days prior to program: Substitute another attendee for the same program at no additional charge, or reschedule to attend a future program for a $300 processing fee.

5 business days or fewer prior to program, and no-shows: No refunds or transfers; substitute another attendee for the same program at no additional charge.

If you reschedule a second time, another $150-300 processing fee will apply based on the time of transfer. If you still find yourself unable to attend after having rescheduled twice, you may send another attendee in your place, or forfeit your registration and any related payments.

Registrations are valid for one (1) year from the original booking date.

Communication Policy

Upon registration you are automatically added to our database, and you grant Kirkpatrick Partners permission to contact you to provide program materials and news updates via phone, mail and electronic means. You may unsubscribe from electronic communications at any time. Unsubscribing means you will not receive program-related messages for this program or future Kirkpatrick programs you might attend.

Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick is co-owner of Kirkpatrick Partners. He is a visionary and an expert in training evaluation and the creator of the New World Kirkpatrick Model.

Using his 15 years of experience in the corporate world, including eight years as a training manager, Jim trains and consults for corporate, government, military and humanitarian organizations around the world. You will receive your program manual and online access instructions in a reminder email approximately 3 weeks before the first session.

Your program manual will be provided as a downloadable PDF. Please plan to print it out for easy reference throughout the program. It was designed to be printed in full color and double-sided.

This class will be delivered with Adobe Connect, so you will need a high-speed Internet connection to view the presentation on your computer. To perform a technical check on your system, go to http://learningtimesevents.org/kirkpatrickpartners/tech-check/ and follow the instructions.

To access sound, you have two options:

1. Dial in via telephone to a number in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. This is the most reliable sound connection and is recommended if available in your area.

2. Use VOIP (voice over Internet protocol) to hear the sound through your computer. If you can listen to music on your computer, this will work for you. If you select this option, please conduct a technical check a few days before the program so there is time to address any issues. Also understand that any internet interruptions or bandwidth issues will affect your sound quality. Participants are discouraged from using a wireless internet connection if using VoIP.

Payment Options

Pay During Registration: Use your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. These transactions are processed through PayPal.

Register Now; Pay Offline: Request an invoice by clicking on "Show" under "Other Payment Options" at the bottom right corner of the second registration screen. 

You can pay the invoice with your credit card, check, or electronic funds transfer. 

Payment will be due 20 days from the invoice date, or 5 business days before the start of the program, whichever comes first.  

Upon registration, the cancellation policy is in effect whether you have paid or not.
