Jawad Ahmed
Jawad Ahmed started his career in sales, but quickly realized his passion was in people development.
After obtaining a degree in management, he spent two years with a training and consulting organization in Qatar, and worked across the UAE and Bahrain. After returning to India, he joined a UK-based consulting firm and spent the next 10 years consulting, training and certifying individuals and organization on performance management, people development and evaluation.
Jawad is a Director for C2C Organizational Development Pvt Ltd and is also among the first few to bring pure process facilitation into India as a representative for International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Jawad has trained thousands of people, and as a certified coach from Results Coaching Systems (RCS) and CEP from Corporate Coach U (Australia), he believes that internal motivation can change any individual and provides the drive to achieve results that are considered impossible.
Over the last 10 years, Jawad has delivered program across different organization and sectors in India and the Middle East in areas of Leadership, Sales, Behavior Interviewing, Behavior Communication and Behavioral Styles.

Casey Blaine
Dr. Casey L. Blaine is the President of the Quantitative Results Foundation whose mission is to help nonprofits quantify their process results so they become more effective for their clients.
His 46 years of military, federal government, and academia experience enabled him to develop knowledge and insights to pinpoint key processes and their tangible benefits then teach others how to use the same techniques to develop sound organizational results. He has also taught undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses at the college and university level. Casey’s varied experiences include graduating from the Federal Government’s Excellence in Government Leadership Program as well as holding an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate. His recent speaking engagements at the U.S. Army’s Cyber Command and the Joint Special Operations University both highlighted his passion for results-based action.
As the previous Faculty & Staff (F&S) Development Division Chief at Ft Sill, OK he created the U.S. Army’s premier F&S program recognized as the best throughout the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). His influence led the Army to revise its basic instructor training and curriculum developer courses.
In November 2016 he earned Gold Level Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification.

Edward Boon
Edward Boon, works at Promote International in Sweden as an instructional design and training evaluation consultant and course leader.
Moving to Sweden in 2002 from his home in the UK, Edward forged a career as an L&D professional. Starting out with language skills training, Edward quickly moved into communication soft skills training and from there into the design and delivery of leadership programs.
In the most recent phase of his career Edward has moved towards the areas of instructional design and training evaluation. Edward works closely with the Kirkpatrick Partners and Professor Robert Brinkerhoff providing both training and consultancy services to help his clients get more value from the training they provide.
Edward is a Kirkpatrick Certified Professional to Silver Level and a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator. In addition, he is co-author of the book Improving Performance through Learning and public speaker at events such ASTD.

Mikael Borak
Mikael Borak is Vice President and Head of Business Development at Mindset, a training company. His areas of expertise include training design, performance management and evaluation methods; he uses his skills in these areas to drive the desired outcomes of training programs around the globe.
As an ex-tank company commander, he is quick in thought and direct in his approach. This has served him well in his roles as COO, CEO, Project Manager, Change Manager and Co-Founder of the Mindset Group, where he has spent the last 14 years developing, delivering and evaluating effective training programs. He loves to create and implement theoretical models that are pragmatic and easy to understand.

Alex Brittain-Catlin
Alex Brittain-Catlin is a Senior Performance Consultant at Promote International. His principal areas of expertise are with the design, implementation, and evaluation of Learning and Development Initiatives.
Alex has worked for many of the leading companies headquartered in Scandinavia, such as Orkla, SAAB, Volvo, SKF, Mölnlyke Health Care and Husqvarna, as well as elsewhere: Traton and Roche.
Since 2006, Alex has been responsible for the creation and implementation of L&D initiatives, including: Leadership Programs, coaching senior management, working with management team development, and designing and running leadership events. These have included the application of various methodologies and approaches, as well as the move into digital learning and how to truly drive performance from training.
Alex is a graduate of Oxford University, and has certifications in Champion, Silver, and Practitioner from the Brinkerhoff High-Performance Learning Journey, as well as the Kirkpatrick Bronze certification.

Regina Camargo
Regina Camargo is Partner Director at Across Futuros Convergentes, where she is responsible for Market / Customer Relations and Portfolio Management.
Prior to joining Across, Regina worked for DuPont do Brazil in the Human Resources area (Training & Development, Talent Acquisition and Staffing).
Regina has been working since 1995 in HR, developing projects in the areas of Career Management, Performance Management, Competencies, Leadership Development and Succession Planning in various companies in Brazil and South America.
She has two bachelor’s degrees, one in English Language and Literature, and one in Psychology. She speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Lianbin Cui, Ph.D.
Lianbin Cui is a Consultant with Kirkpatrick Partners.
Lianbin has a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, a Master of Business Education from Bowling Green State University, and a Master of Management in Educational Economics and Administration from University of Science & Technology Beijing.
Lianbin has 11 years of experience in various training positions. Dr. Cui has held positions at On Demand Consulting, Management Training and Consulting Corporation, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, UFIDA Software Group (China), and Beijing Personnel Bureau.
Lianbin consults with a number of organizations in both the U.S. and China and has served as the president of International Association for Chinese Human Resource Development (IACHRD) since 2007.
Lianbin’s recent pioneer research was on the Adoption of On-demand Learning in Organizations.
Lianbin has been a speaker at AHRD Asia Conference and a variety of other conferences and training events. He conducts seminars and facilitates training workshops on the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, training program design and development, and human performance improvement technology.

David Dewhurst, MBA
David Dewhurst is a consultant and affiliate with Kirkpatrick Partners in the Australasian region. He is the co-founder and partner with Mark Harris of GMD Partnerships Ltd., a learning, development and performance business based in the South Island of New Zealand.
David has ten years of experience in training, learning and performance development, including seven years contracted by Rio Tinto to deliver leadership and coaching programmes in New Zealand. Prior to this, David held general manager roles in the UK, Europe and New Zealand. He spent nine years in commercial and GM roles with Marks and Spencer, primarily turning around under-performing business units. David specialises in leadership development, strategic planning and coaching.
David works extensively as a lead facilitator, designing, developing and delivering customised learning and performance solutions in the production, utility, mining, aviation, government and not-for-profit sectors. David’s strength is partnering with organisations over the long term to facilitate exceptional performance through their people.
David holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Otago (NZ) and a Bachelor of Transport Management and Planning degree (with Honours) from Loughborough University (UK). He is a certified trainer and workplace assessor in Australia and New Zealand.
With his business partner, Mark Harris, David has worked to implement the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model at the Stockton Mine, New Zealand’s largest mine. David and Mark presented a case study on this implementation, entitled ‘Winning the Heads, Hearts and Minds of Leaders’ at the Australian Institute of Training and Development International Conference in Melbourne, in April 2013.

JT Easley
JT Easley currently flies as a captain for a major airline. He started his flying career in 1984 in the US Coast Guard. He has worked in the Training and Safety departments for the last 12 years.
As a Line Check Airman and then a Lead Line Check Airman, JT has been responsible for observing and evaluating flight crews and other Line Check Airmen in their operational duties. He developed and delivered numerous presentations on flight safety, instructional techniques, and evaluation skills to his fellow Line Check Airmen.
JT wrote the Operating Experience Guide used by Line Check Airmen and new pilots to structure initial line training and prepare the students for their checkride. He also wrote a monthly newsletter discussing equipment and procedures to supplement formal training.

Joanne Edwards
Jo Anne Edwards, MCIPD, is an Associate Facilitator for DPG plc, teaching both Level 5 and Level 7 HRM and HRD.
Jo currently works for the University of Bolton as a Human Resources Business Partner with a specialist in Learning and Development.
Jo is an experienced facilitator delivering on Learning and Development and Human Resources programs. Jo has also designed and developed both undergraduate and post graduate level materials.
Since 2004, Jo has worked in the specialist area of L&D, taking a senior and strategic role in the development of Learning and Development for both banking and professional service firms.
Jo has been involved the development of Leadership Development programs and coauthored a paper alongside leadership development specialists in Manchester Business School.

Katarzyna Gorhover
Katarzyna Gorhover is the founder of Focus on Results (FOR), for which organization she also serves as a partner and consultant.
She graduated from the University of Gdansk with a degree in Economics, and has also earned an Executive MBA from the European University Switzerland.
Katarzyna is an entrepreneur who has introduced to the market and managed companies from various industries, including real estate, commercial, events, media and consulting. For most of her professional life, she has been engaged in the area of Training and Development, as well as Sales. Evaluating training effectiveness currently is her core interest.
As a business consultant, Katarzyna has led projects for the following industries: banks, insurance, new media, real estate, trade, new technologies, shared services and outsourcing.

Mark Gussetti
Mark Gussetti is a senior learning consultant with Mindset, one of Sweden’s leading training companies.
Mark has held various positions during his 20+ year career, including serving as a Global Training Manager for a global SAP roll out and establishing a corporate sourcing academy for a multinational organization.
Mark is currently working with a number of national and international organizations, helping them to align their competence development strategies with the Kirkpatrick methodology.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Science (Honors) in International Business & Economics from Aston Business School in the UK, and he holds Disc® and Belbin® certifications. Mark is Kirkpatrick bronze level certified.

Linda Hainlen
Linda Hainlen is a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator, an international author, and the Director of Business Development at Sedona Learning Solutions in Phoenix, Arizona. She served as the Director of Learning Solutions for IU Health in Indianapolis for 18 years.
Linda has over 25 years of proven experience as a training manager, including real world experience applying the Kirkpatrick principles. “Utilizing the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation and the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model truly transformed my results and positioned my division at IU Health as a strategic business partner in the organization. Mark Harris
Mark Harris is a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator and affiliate with Kirkpatrick Partners in the Australasian region. He is the co-founder and partner with David Dewhurst of GMD Partnerships Ltd., a learning, development and performance business located in New Zealand. He has over 15 years of training and development experience with a background in operational management and quality management, both at a senior level and originally in the field of Aircraft Engineering.
Mark works extensively as a lead facilitator, developing and delivering customised training for utility, contracting, mining, retail and manufacturing industries. His specialty areas cover quality management, business improvement, six sigma, lean manufacturing, customer care and leadership.

Christopher Howell
Christopher Howell is responsible for a project resource management team within the education department of a large healthcare organization. His team manages the intake, implementation, execution, tracking and reporting of all initiatives.
Previously, Christopher served and retired from the U.S. Army as a healthcare administration officer. While in the military he served as a medic, healthcare officer, and senior healthcare instructor. He was directly responsible for team-building, leading, teaching, mentoring and implementing graduate-level military training in leadership. Christopher is very knowledgeable in leadership, healthcare, process improvement, data assessment, business analytics, training design and delivery.
In his current position, Christopher has implemented the four levels of evaluation for five different departments to date. He ensures that the Kirkpatrick methodology is woven into the organization’s culture.

Li Hu, Ph.D.
Li Hu serves as the president and senior consultant/facilitator of OnDemand Consulting. She is also a certified facilitator for Kirkpatrick Partners. Prior to these roles, she held positions at Huson Bay Consulting and the Nurse Aid Testing Center at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Li has a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She returned to China to pursue her personal career, becoming an excellent facilitator and consultant and fully applying what she had learned in the U.S. Specifically, Li’s major areas of expertise are Kirkpatrick’s four levels of training evaluation and instructional systems design.

Masha Ibeschitz-Manderbach
Masha Ibeschitz-Manderbach is a Managing Partner of the Management Development Institute (MDI) in Austria. She has held previous positions in the corporate world as a Project Manager in Marketing and a Senior Manager of Corporate Business and Product Development, and in the academic world as a Lecturer.
Masha specializes in leadership, management, self and time management, facilitation, team building, coaching, communication, change management, inter-cultural management and organizational development.

Je Pil Jeon, Ph.D.
Je Pil Jeon, Ph.D., is a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator and affiliate with Kirkpatrick Partners in Korea. He is the President and Founder of InnoTraining Inc., an e-learning re-engineering, innovation training and development, competency and performance business.
Using his 17 years of OD/HR consulting and labor attorney experience, he consults and facilitates for organizations in Korea. He has co-authored the Talent Development Appraiser Manual and has authored the MBTI & Competency Manual, Human Resource Management, Management Organization Theory and Overview of Management. He also developed the Risk Assessment Management Systems (RAMS) and has the software program copyright and trademark of the RAMS.

Gerald Jones
Gerald Jones is a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator with over a decade of training development and facilitation experience.
Gerald is currently a Senior Cyber Security Trainer with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and is primarily responsible for teaching Cyber Security skills to U.S. Military personnel. He has over 20 years of military experience across two service branches (8 years U.S. Marine Corps Infantry and 12 years U.S. Air Force Intelligence Analysis), and he continues to manage training development and instruction teams in the California Air National Guard.
Gerald has developed and delivered training for the U.S. Air Force Intelligence Community on subjects ranging from critical thinking to multi-cultural understanding and integration.

Maha Khatib, MSc.
Maha Khatib is a recognized management consultant with more than 17 years of experience in the GCC, Middle East and MENA Region including UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, & India. She is currently based in Dubai-UAE.
She is the co-founder of Learnactive Management Consultancy since January 2008, prior to that Maha worked in management consulting, performance improvement, and adult learning as an internal employee with leading organizations such as Emirates Airlines – Emirates Aviation College, Dubai Airports and Dubai Holding.

Myung-Ae Lee
Myung-ae Lee is the vice president of InnoTraining Inc., Kirkpatrick Affiliate (USA). She is an expert on lectures, teaching materials development / translation, consulting and statistical analysis related to Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation.
She has certificates and licenses for Kirkpatrick Certified Professional (KCP) – Silver Level, InnoTraining® Certified Facilitator (ICF) and Korean dentist.
Her main areas of activity include educational evaluation and educational innovation. She has experience in HR consulting, statistical analysis, psychology and career development and needs analysis (MBTI, STRONG, Firo-B, etc.), EAP and NCS consulting.
She has been active in a wide range of industries and fields, including Samsung, Hyundai, and other large corporations, government agencies, public institutions, and SMEs (more than 10).

Melanie Martinelli
Melanie Martinelli is a L&D professional who is passionate about creating a paradigm shift in how we think about designing and delivering programs, by putting the learner in the forefront, and focusing on driving performance (and not just learning).
Her tryst with training began with an award-winning thesis, “Managing Cultural Differences – A Key to Successful Offshore Collaboration.” This led to her joining a Bangalore-based offshore product engineering company. After a three-year stint in International Sales and Account Management, Melanie moved to training and development and started building bridges between companies and people around the globe.
A learning professional at heart and an entrepreneur in her mindset, she has built three successful training companies across the globe. Her passion for sports and learning was the inspiration for her current venture “The Learning Gym” where you can build, stretch and tone your learning muscles.
Being a Kirkpatrick Certified facilitator, Melanie effectively assists individuals and organizations in building memorable learning experiences linked to performance. Ricardo Nunez
Ricardo Nunez, a native of Mexico, is a dynamic facilitator with over 20 years of experience providing learning solutions consultancy and facilitation to individuals, companies and organizations in the Americas. From the early years in his professional career, Ricardo has always been exposed to global markets, having worked with multicultural and multifunctional teams. He has led teams in sales, customer service, public relations and operations in both North America and Latin America.
As a facilitator and consultant, Ricardo develops and delivers training programs along with providing consulting and learning solutions to help optimize organizational effectiveness and talent development, commercial relationships, best practices in communication, plus optimal global business and social practices.
Ricardo has developed strong skills in understanding contextual elements of day-to-day challenges and opportunities in the work place having facilitated programs in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia for multinational groups and individuals. The scope of subjects facilitated by Ricardo include: Global leadership, leading change, business effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, team building, conflict resolution, negotiation, managing global and/or virtual teams, effective management across cultures and intercultural training.

Jonathan Pottiez
Jonathan Pottiez is a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator, as well as a Consultant at C-Campus, where he contributes to the dissemination of best practices in learning management. He works primarily in France, where he is recognized as one of the best experts in the field.
Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in training, during which he has advised companies and training organizations on improving their learning and development management practices and has shown them how to evaluate and maximize their effectiveness.
Jonathan holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management. His doctorate thesis was focused on the “Corporate Training Performance Evaluation through a Systems Approach.” He continues to train regularly on the subject while developing skills in agile project management, convinced that the world of learning and development should build on this approach.
He has written numerous articles on training evaluation and participated in several conferences on the same subject. In 2013, he published a book in French entitled L’évaluation de la formation – Piloter et maximiser l’efficacité des formations (Evaluation of training – Manage and maximize the training’s effectiveness), a compendium of his past research and experiences. A second edition of this book was published in 2017.

Preethi Rao
Preethi is a well-respected Learning and Development professional with over 20 years of experience with different corporations.
Preethi is one of the few Kirkpatrick Certified Professionals – Gold Level in India. As a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator for Kirkpatrick Partners, she has delivered several public and in-house Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification Programs. She has also worked with several organizations to customize their evaluation strategy as per the Kirkpatrick philosophy. She has received her Brinkerhoff Certification on High Performance Learning Journeys. Preethi currently works as an independent consultant with a few very well reputed consulting firms.
Through her training design work, she has demonstrated the importance of evaluation by designing programs with an inbuilt evaluation and transfer of learning mechanism. She has worked at providing learning solutions that are not only fun to attend but are followed up with a rigorous support mechanism that helps convert learning to on-the-job performance. During the training delivery, she ensures that there is evidence of learning and reaction occurring in the training room.

Roger Reitzel
Roger Reitzel has more than 25 years’ experience working for companies with staff from 50 to 150,000 and has trained more than 125,000 attendees. He’s coached and trained senior leaders and managers in 49 U.S. states, 10 Canadian provinces, the Caribbean, and Mexico. He’s conducted hundreds of one-on-one coaching sessions with front-line managers, mid-level leaders, and senior executives. His past and current clients include Kaiser Permanente, Dream Hotel Group, Century 21, Countrywide, Xerox, McDonald’s, Kraft, Wilson Jones, Nissan, NASDAQ, Coldwell Banker, and The Beatrice Corporation.
Roger’s extensive hands-on business experience, combined with his background as a nationally known stand-up comedian and television comedy writer, gives him a unique perspective on training, sales, service, leadership and management.
Author of “Real Estate as a Second Language,” Roger earned his Bachelor’s in Education from Cornell College.

Roy Seah
Roy Seah is a consultant at COMAT in Singapore, where he leads an in-house development team to assure standards in WSQ courseware and helps organizations to increase productivity by improving their training focus and making the most of new software features.
Prior to his work with COMAT, Roy spent five years as a principal lecturer at an established computer school teaching media and graphic design, developing new courseware and refining the curriculum. Other professional experience includes developing and launching a full spectrum of multi-media training and successfully migrating the media curriculum to other institutions.
Roy holds a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Education (ACTA) from the Institute for Adult Learning. He is an Adobe Certified instructor and associate educator.

Chuck Udell
Chuck Udell is a senior partner with the Essential Action Design Group, focusing on improving performance and profitability for clients through improved sales, marketing and leadership development solutions. Part of his client engagement includes developing and implementing Kirkpatrick evaluation plans.
Previously, Chuck was employed by the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association, Marion Merrill Dow and Mobil Chemical Company. Prior to his civilian experience, he served as a U.S. Air Force officer.
Chuck earned his MBA from the University of Rochester, specializing in finance and marketing, and his BS from the University of Virginia. He earned his Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP) designation in 2004 from the University of the Aftermarket, a division of Northwood University.
Chuck is the 2010 recipient of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association’s (AAIA) Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award, and he serves on the AAIA training committee. He is Kirkpatrick silver level certified and has been approved by Kirkpatrick Partners to facilitate Kirkpatrick silver level certification programs.

Phil Willcox
Phil Willcox is a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator and affiliate with Kirkpatrick Partners in the UK region. He has over 12 years of Learning and Organisational Development as well as Human Resources experience with a background in public and private sector organisations.
Phil is also an approved facilitator for CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualifications; his managerial and leadership backgrounds also accredit him as an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) approved facilitator.

Ewa Zukrowska
Ewa Żukrowska is a founder and partner of the consulting and training company Focus on Results (FOR).
Educated as a psychologist, Ewa earned an MBA in 1997. She is a manager with 18 years of experience, as well as a consultant, trainer and coach. She has earned her ICC and Erickson Professional Coach certificates.
Ewa gained business experience as a manager and director in the retail chain Ahold Polska and as Program Director and Vice President of one of the biggest training companies in Poland, Nowe Motywacje.
Ewa has led projects for the following industries: retail chains, energy, telecommunications, new technologies, banking and insurance, shared services and outsourcing. She is passionate about designing complex training and development projects that lead to significant changes in organizations.
