You designed and developed a training program that meets a business need. You delivered it, and since then, you have been gathering and analyzing data.

Now comes the moment of truth: Can you show that your training delivered organizational value?

How to show the value of training is one of the most common questions the Kirkpatricks receive, and for good reason. If training professionals cannot show the value of their efforts, they are not very “professional” in the eyes of their stakeholders, and they put their existence at risk.
