Marion Dakin works with caregivers for older adults. Her task was to ensure that an existing caregiver competency model was interpreted in terms of specific on-the-job behavioral expectations with accompanying support and accountability.
The necessary outcome of Marion’s work was the safeguarding of older adults. In this interview, she explains how they accomplished this result and turned stakeholder skeptics into believers.
