Why Maintenance: To Monitor & Adjust

As the Kirkpatrick Four Levels® or Kirkpatrick Model as it is widely known continues to grow throughout the world, the world of work changes, competencies and skills evolve, technology advances, there is more demand to demonstrate the value of training and learning and development than ever before. At Kirkpatrick Partners, we have worked to refine the model, our approach, and our programs. Therefore, it became apparent that in order to maintain the integrity of the certification, and to provide an opportunity to monitor, support, and adjust, we must introduce recertification as part of our certification process.

No you do not. You will still show as a certified professional in inactive status.

Certified professionals who choose to maintain their status will show as such on our digital credentialing system and receive access to exclusive events, programs, and discounts.

Yes, you are still required to maintain your certification. You are able to use courses, programs, and webinars that are being held by an affiliate partner of Kirkpatrick Partners towards your continuing education points.

No you do not need to maintain your Gold certification. Your Bronze and Silver, yes. However, we would love for you to continue sharing your Kirkpatrick success stories, and invite you to join a Kirkpatrick podcast episode or apply to be a speaker at the Kirkpatrick Summit.

No you do not. Since that program has been merged with our Analyst (Silver) program, you do not need to maintain that certification.

You will need to maintain to Silver (and submit a Blended Evaluation Plan along with your case study). We will match your certification expiration dates on our end so that you only need to track one expiration date.

We appreciate the trust you have placed in Kirkpatrick Partners and value in our certification program. We do not want maintenance to be a burden, so please contact Kirkpatrick Partners to discuss your case individually so we can work together on a plan to work on certification maintenance with your team.

The great news is that there are many options to maintain your certification leveraging individual work many team members are likely doing already, and we have new educational programs consistently coming out so there are many ways and opportunities.

Just know we are here to support you as you navigate maintenance, so do not hesitate to reach out.
