Capstone Deliverable

To earn the Kirkpatrick AI-Powered Evaluation Specialist credential, participants develop and submit a complete AI-Supported Kirkpatrick Evaluation Plan — built incrementally across all three sessions and finalized during Session 3.

The plan includes:

• Evaluation goals, key decisions, and organizational context
• AI-supported data collection and analysis methods for each relevant Kirkpatrick Level
• Governance and ethics considerations specific to the participant’s context
• Human judgment checkpoints and decision ownership definitions
• A stakeholder communication strategy for AI-supported findings
• An AI evaluation roadmap with short- and long-term priorities

Plans are reviewed by Kirkpatrick Partners facilitators. Participants receive written feedback within five business days of the final session.
