The Kirkpatrick® Silver level certification provides the structure and support you need to successfully execute a complete program evaluation plan, analyze your data, conduct a root cause analysis, and present your findings to your stakeholders. The program is limited to 30 or fewer participants to ensure that you receive personalized attention and feedback on your program progress.
Learn the key questions to ask during data collection, and analysis to help you conduct root cause analysis, as well as how to use that information to ensure maximum on-the-job application and subsequent results. You also will learn how to identify and leverage success factors for future initiatives.
Take the next step in your journey in order to take the data you collect and identify common themes, strengths, opportunities, and successes in order to create a presentation of your findings to present to your stakeholders.
Do more than just collect data – analyze the data to become a consultant to determine impact, and recommend improvements and opportunities. This program will give you the keys to add analysis as a skillset in your repertoire.
You also will have access to job opportunities that specifically request the Kirkpatrick Silver certification at a minimum, as well as have the ability to join our talent pool to be considered for future work.
After completing Silver, you are ready for the next step!
