Evaluating Healthcare Learning Has Never Been More Important

April 29, 2020

To stay relevant in the healthcare learning community, we need to prove our value by changing behavior. And we can’t know if we’re changing behavior without measuring it.

Although healthcare focuses on evidenced-based patient outcomes, sometimes they fail to focus on evidenced-based learning outcomes. Our healthcare organizations need true outcomes in the form of behavior change, and in our rapidly evolving world, they need them now more than ever.

Here is an example to show how it’s done: Read Linda Hainlen’s blog post at td.org

Read the white paper on the electronic medical records system implementation at I.U. Health.

If you want to accomplish the same types of outcomes, learn how in Kirkpatrick bronze level certification.
