Kirkpatrick® Strategic Evaluation Planning Certification

The Kirkpatrick Model represents more than just training evaluation. It forms the framework for the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model, a holistic process that creates, delivers, and demonstrates training value.

In this program, you will learn how to build business partnerships and create collaborative plans to maximize business impact through all phases of the training and performance process. You will study worldwide best practices and share your own experiences in an interactive, conversational environment. You will use your own programs for application activities, so actual work gets completed during the session.

Particular attention is given to business acumen and speaking the language of the business when making your case for training resources and support. You will receive a workbook containing templates, samples, and tools that will enable you to apply what you learned to all future programs within your company.

The Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Certificate Program was the predecessor to this program. It covered similar yet less comprehensive content. If you participated in that program, please call before registering for this one.

This program includes two live-online sessions.  A 10-minute break will be given each hour during the sessions.

To become certified, you must log in and actively participate in at least one of the sessions. We will provide recordings of the sessions. If you missed a session, watch the recording prior to the next session.

If you register for this program and for any reason are unable to attend, please contact us immediately.

2 weeks or more prior to program

Refund: Payment refund less $150 processing fee

Transfer: Attend a future program for a $100 processing fee

Substitute: Send another attendee to the same program at no additional charge

Less than 2 weeks prior to program

Refund: No refunds

Transfer: Attend a future program for a $300 processing fee

Substitute: Send another attendee to the same program at no additional charge

If you transfer a second time, another $150 – $300 processing fee will apply based on the time of transfer. If you still find yourself unable to attend after having transferred twice, you may send another attendee in your place, or forfeit your registration and any related payments.

Registrations are valid for one (1) year from the original booking date.

Kirkpatrick-Initiated Program Cancellations

Kirkpatrick Partners reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment until two weeks prior to the scheduled start date, or at any time due to reasons of severe weather, natural disaster, or other emergency.

If your program is canceled, you may transfer to another program at no additional charge or receive a full refund, less any fees from prior transfers if not yet paid in full.

Pay During Registration

Use your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. These transactions are processed through PayPal.

Register Now; Pay Offline

Request an invoice. After you select the ticket type and click Checkout, then under Payment method select Pay by invoice. 

You can pay the invoice with your credit card, check, or electronic funds transfer.

Payment will be due 20 days from the invoice date, or 5 business days before the start of the program, whichever comes first.

Upon registration, the cancellation policy is in effect whether you have paid or not.
