Senior Learning Consultant

Location: Remote, US Based

Kirkpatrick Partners is actively seeking resumés for Senior Learning Consultants to place within a customer’s organization. We are seeking Sr. Learning Consultants with experience implementing the Kirkpatrick Four Levels® (Kirkpatrick Model) in the workplace in order to inspire change and measure change management initiatives.

Successful candidates must have obtained the Bronze Level of Certification at minimum and have at least 2 years of experience using the Kirkpatrick Four Levels® of Training Evaluation. If you have achieved the Silver Level of Certification, please highlight this on your resumé.

We are looking for certified professionals to partner with the customer and integrate with customer teams either on-site or remote. You must be able to work with clients to understand their challenges, objectives, and transformation opportunities and become their trusted consultant. You will need to identify learning and development needs and make recommendations and suggestions about the types of training or performance support required. Using the Kirkpatrick Four Levels® as your framework, you will set up, track, and report on the metrics needed to track performance data and measure results.

If you have not yet certified, you may still apply, however note you will need to gain the Kirkpatrick Bronze certification prior to being placed in a role.

Job Duties

  • Work with our partners and their personnel to develop performance solutions to solve problems in their workplace
  • Work with clients to develop change management plans for the successful adoption of new technologies, policies, processes, etc.
  • Support the ideation of new ideas and strategies to achieve organizational and departmental goals
  • Act as a partner in innovation and support
  • Define program goals and demonstrate their relevance to the organization
  • Work with partner teams to ensure meeting or exceeding development milestones and deadlines
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables
  • Monitor implementation of training, performance support, and evaluation
  • Collect data on student performance and course evaluations
  • Use data to improve training and evaluation programs
  • Ability to learn quickly learn and design within various Learning Management Systems and Educational Technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members, to employ active listening skills, and to take initiative, and display leadership capabilities
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to align curriculum, the organizationla goals, strategies, and competencies
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and work in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as a team
  • Must be able to pass a background check and security clearance

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
