How Do You “Sell” the Kirkpatrick Model to Your Clients?

One member of the Kirkpatrick Evaluation discussion group in LinkedIn recently wrote, “I am interested in your experience of selling the idea of using the Kirkpatrick Model to your clients or sponsors. I often find that I am the one initiating the evaluation conversation.”


Other group members have responded with a number of helpful tips, from couching evaluation in terms of benefit to the organization, to using pictures to tell the story of evaluation from the very beginning of the conversation.
