Training evaluation is all about online surveys right? Well, not exactly. While an automated tool like an online survey can be part of a good training evaluation strategy, there is more to a successful plan. 

Successfully evaluating the impact of a program involves numeric data and what we like to call the human factor. Jim Kirkpatrick was honored to be a guest on the Emotion at Work podcast and discuss this important topic with the host, Phil Wilcox
